I stayed at Daybreak Suites for my travel contract. Mrs. Teressa and Mrs. Hope were very nice. I was paying entirely too much for the hotel I was staying in before coming here. All of the staff were very nice. There is a gate and I felt safe while staying there. I would recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere near Southeast Health on Ross Clark.

I have been living here for 2 plus years. And love it here. The office staff is absolutely awesome and caring .The maintenance crew does a wonderful job. The housekeeping does an awesome job also. My cat cookie also loves here . They are pet friendly which is great.

Me and my husband are staying here for an extended stay and are 100% loving this estate. So friendly, safe, secure and the rooms are amazing. The staff make you feel like you're family and is so attentive to all needs. I highly respect this establishment.

We stayed at Daybreak Suites in Dothan, Al for 7 months while our home was being built. The staff were such a pleasure, always nice and accommodating. They even help you after hours, if necessary. The rooms are comfortable, large and the best part is that we were able to bring our 2 dogs! Most people stay a while so you get to know your neighbors. It's a quiet, gated community. I highly recommend Daybreak Suites of Dothan! A big thank you to Ms. Hope and all your staff!!

I absolutely love this place. The staff is helpful, understanding, yet they also don't mess around when it comes to taking care of business, it's the perfect balance. The folks who stay here l are also some of the quietest, yet nicest people I have come across in Alabama so far. This is like an apartment building for the most part, without the unruly neighbors. The building is always maintained, they do inspections once a month which includes checking the rooms for any maintenance issues, making sure you are keeping it clean (for pest control reasons), spraying for pests, and testing the fire alarms. They allow pets and have doggy bag posts both out front and in the middle between the 2 buildings, which makes cleaning up after your pets easier in case you forget a bag. They also enforce a fine for those who don't clean up after their pets, so you don't have to be worried about stepping in poop late at night The units/apartments all have a full size kitchen, shower w/tub, full size fridge, microwave, TV w/cable, and both a kitchen sink(double basin) and a bathroom sink. The bed is a queen size bed and super comfortable (one of the best beds I've ever slept on in a hotel/extended stay in years). They also have a laundry room on site and an elevator in the middle of the building. Every door is outside accessed and also comes with 2 chairs to sit outside with and enjoy a cup of coffee. This is a gated property and if you are thinking about renting/staying here, it's one of the best places you can stay here in dothan. Its very affordable, very clean and just a wonderful place to stay.
